- I installed this on my car right before a long trip across germany, and to be honest, it didn’t really make that much of a difference. I won’t use them again.
- Very good mesh windscreen. The price is a little more than I was looking to pay, but their service rep was really excellent to talk to and after a few questions I ended up getting it. Shipping was very fast and I had it on the car in less than 20 minutes. Very basic tools were needed and I didn’t have too much trouble installing it. The mounts were a little tight, so I had to pull on the frame a bit, but it still looks great and does the job well. My first windscreen, and I already like it.
- Item shipped quick. Good payment options, but no warranty. Windscreen works great and keeps the wind out of the front seats well. The noise is also fairly well reduced. The mesh is delicate, but seems to be doing okay. Overall I will give it a 5.5/7.
- Fits the car and cuts the air turbulence down to a bare minimum. Probably one of the most effective windscreens on the market today, just a bit expensive. If you can afford it, I would highly suggest going with them. The windscreen sets into place and bolts on perfectly with no “wiggle” and no tight spots. Definitely refreshing to see a windscreen that was made carefully to fit the car and that doesn’t need to be pulled and tugged to get it in place.
- Great windscreen while it lasted. I ordered it online from a car toy supplier and installed it in about 5 minutes. It really cut down on the wind and the air in the driver’s seat, and my wife’s hair looked nice after climbing out of the passenger seat. I took it off about a week ago to clean my car and detail it, and I dropped it and tore the mesh. It’s a great windscreen, I just wish Oris had a warranty or something.
- Good windscreen, but way to expensive compared to the countless other windscreens out there. Acrylic and lexan are much better and cheaper than this, even if they don’t look all shiny and black. Having used both, I will stick with the “plastic” windscreens. They just do a better job hands down.
- Shipped fast, but a pain in the neck to get on the car. It’s definitely not a crappy windscreen, but you need tools that they don’t seem to include with the windscreen. I live in the city, and I have a small screwdriver set and that’s it. I couldn’t even tell you what to use to install it, but I know that I didn’t have it at the time and had to have a friend help me with it. I can see where this would be especially difficult for ladies, because the product is heavy.
- Very sturdy and strong. I tested it up to 136km/h and it did great. Shipping to the UK is extremely fast and cost effective. The windscreen itself is a pretty fair price, and for what you get, it’s definitely a good deal.
- Fairly effective, but too expensive. My cousin bought a lexan one from another manufacturer and it is better than mine that I got from here. Yes, it does work ok, just not very good, and shipping to America was expensive. I’ll probably pick up a lexan one, too, just because I think it sounds quieter than the mesh.
